If you are struggling or know someone who is, you are on my heart this morning. You are on my heart often. While I do not know who you are, I do know how it feels to hurt.

Warmlines provide preventative & non-emergency person to person phone help, information

If you are looking for support in a non-emergency situation try calling a warmline. The numbers are different in every state so that best thing to do is google “warmline”. I’d suggest doing this before you actually need one and you can just store the number in your phone.
